Special Event Tuesday July 14th (10am till Noon)

ARCA will again welcome and present our Hobby to the “4-H Capital Aerospace Camp Kids”

This Event will take place at the Flying Field in order to welcome approximately 60 kids to experience a fun introduction to   R/C Aircraft.

We need volunteers to bring Planes and Helicopters for Static and Flying Demonstrations and help serve Hot Dogs.  Anyone that would like to help give a short presentation can contact me and I can provide detail on subject matter etc.  I would like to divide the group in half so everyone has a chance to see and hear a short presentation before we demonstrate our flying skills (Show Off).

This will be followed by serving Hot Dogs to everyone before we conclude.

I would like to see all types of Aircraft and Helicopters including:  Turbine Jets, Large Scale, Electrics etc.

As a BONUS,  Michael R. Medearis a Mentor/ Teacher with the “4-H Capital” and “Diva Productions” will have a film crew on hand to cover the event in order to gain local and national exposure for the 4-H and ARCA.   This is a special chance to receive well deserved exposure for ARCA and help a great organization.

Please wear your favorite “ARCA” or R/C related Hat and or Shirt to maximize our efforts.

If you can attend please e-mail me ASAP at   knelle@swbell.net  or call my cell 925-0064 so I can sign you up.

**********Remember you don’t have to fly, just bring your Plane(s) for static display as well. ****************

**********Help with the serving of Hot Dogs is also needed in a BIG way*********************

**********Volunteers please arrive and be ready by 9:00-9:15am.***************

Let’s take advantage of a HUGE OPPORTUNITY!!!!!!!
